Five Medora tables, from bison to pizza
Theodore's is the more polished dinner, Pitchfork Steak Fondue is the show-night tradition, and Medora's saloons, burgers, and pizza cover the casual end of a Badlands day.
How the five differ
Theodore's, the fondue, and three casual tables
Theodore's Dining Room is the sit-down choice when steaks and bison belong at the center of dinner. Pitchfork Steak Fondue is less conventional restaurant than cowboy cookout, built around its pitchfork-cooked steak buffet and natural pairing with the Medora Musical.
Little Missouri Saloon & Dining Room supplies the western-saloon setting and a second-level deck. Boots Bar & Grill suits groups looking for burgers, steaks, and a straightforward grill menu rather than the fondue production.
Badlands Pizza & Saloon is the clearest casual choice for pizza and sandwiches, especially when a shared pie is more appealing than another steak.
